Peg in the office is very rude! Didn't care about are problem and all and was very unhelpful.

3 day shipping is more like 5 day shipping. We had a package arrive that needed signature confirmation. No one over 18 was here to aceppt it. We went to the post office and was told they would come back with the package. Sat at home all day waiting and they never showed up. It's pot luck if you are going to get your mail on time with USPS in Wisconsin.
