Horrible landlord. He never fixes anything if he does he does it half ass especially to his rental properties. I dont think i would buy anything from him either with the way he treats his half rundown rentals he must not have nice places. Nice guy, just all he is look for is to make money.
Slumlord. Overcharges for rent. Prefers not to fix stuff, if he does he goes the cheapest way possible by half a** fixing it. Doesn't listen to his maintenance people's recommendation on how to fix it the right way. My wife went to find help to get stuff fixed and he retaliated by kicking us out. He lies thru his teeth. If he says he or one of his maintenance people will come out, 9 times out of 10 they won't show up, if they do its later than what they said. Rented two different locations and they both weren't up to code. Stay away from anything to do with him or the company
