I took my puppy to them for her vaccination and check up, they are very polite, professional and make you feel welcome to be there. They show they actually care about the animal and take their time explaining things and answering questions. I have emailed them also with questions and they answer back quickly. May pay a little more here than other places, but it is so worth the money for the way you are treated and the animal is treated. I won't take my puppy anywhere but here.
Absolutely love the team at River Country Animal Wellness, especially Dr. Roxie, she makes you feel so comfortable. I was so impressed with her approach to my small dog's back injury. My old vet had simply taken an x-ray, said they were not sure exactly what was wrong but handed me pain pills to give him and "see if it gets better". I had seen Dr. Roxie adjust the neck and spine of a friend's dog so I thought I'd give her a try. She pinpointed a slipped disc in my dog's back right away and started by adjusting him, then acupuncture therapy, and sent us home with an herbal blend to help with pain and swelling. I started to see an immediate improvement, I took him back two more times in the next month for acupuncture and by the end my baby was as good as new! So impressed.
River Country Wellness has a habit of coming up with miracle cures. Problems that were never handled before find a solution there. My pets love to go there because they are treated as members of the family and get plenty of TLC. They cover emergencies, and Dr. Roxie came out one night and saved my cat's life just in time - most vets send you off to an emergency clinic at night, but not RCW.
Extraordinary caring wonderful staff my concerns were answered with care and concern. The greeting committee is comprised of kitty cats. They care about their four legged customers very well. I highly recommend wish I could give 10 stars
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great to find Dr. Roxi. She has helped both our dogs, one with hind leg lameness and one with cancer. Great that their is alternatives to conventional treatments close to home.
